Service Description
• Learn to cut and sew a BBL Zip Up Top from scratch using a pre made pattern (to save time) - you can add on a pattern class if you’d like to learn how to draft the pattern first. • It is a 1-2-1 Class, which means will be just You (the Student) and Your Sewing Mentor. • Perfect for beginners as a third or fourth project. You will go home with the skills you have learnt, and the garment you have made! • All fabrics and practice materials needed for the session will be provided, and tools needed will be available for use. However, you can also bring your own fabric as long as it’s the required amount needed.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking your class or course. Payments and Balances: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your first session begins. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. One-to-One Sessions: All sessions are one-to-one and designed for individual learning. Extra guests or visitors are not permitted, as each class is focused on your personal development and comfort. Lateness and Missed Time: Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the agreed time. Missed minutes cannot be added to the end of the class or carried over. Regular lateness may affect your progress and final outcomes. Rescheduling and Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule directly through the Wix booking system. It is always recommended to reschedule rather than cancel, where possible. Only one reschedule per booking is allowed. Rescheduling: If rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, your class can be moved to another available date or time at no cost. If rescheduled within 24 hours (on the day), this may still be arranged if a slot is available, but a 25% rescheduling fee will apply. Cancellations: Cancellations made seven days or more before the start of your class or course are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made three to six days before the start date can be rescheduled once only, but are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date will result in the loss of all payments. If you have any questions about your booking, please contact custom-made@lrochae.co.uk. Course Attendance and Completion: All classes and courses are one-to-one. Single sessions (Pick Your Focus) can be booked individually, allowing you to learn specific skills when it suits you. For full courses, you can book and choose the dates that best fit your availability across the course duration. Missed or unattended sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Completing all booked sessions is the student’s responsibility to achieve the desired learning and finished projects. Fabrics and Materials: All fabrics required for classes and courses are included in the price. Starter tools are provided for in-class use, though students are welcome to bring their own. Studio Conduct: Please arrive on time, ready to learn, and respectfully.
