Once you submit your request, we will carefully review the details and let you know if your design is achievable within your chosen options and time frame.

After confirmation, we will provide you with a personalised quote that includes production time and pricing.

Please note that we cannot provide a fixed price list as costs vary depending on the design, materials, and level of personalisation. Once you approve your quote, an invoice will be sent to your email. You will also receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Important Information

Production Times: These vary depending on how intricate your design is. Simpler styles are completed faster. Printed durags usually take slightly longer to produce due to the detailed printing process.

Peak Seasons: During busy or holiday periods, requests may take a little longer to process, but we always do our absolute best to respond to all initial requests within 48 hours.

Changes to Orders: Once your order has been confirmed and production has started, no changes can be made. If a change is still possible, we will let you know. Please note that this may include additional costs.

Embroidery: We currently do not offer embroidery at this time.

Turnaround Time: We aim to complete all custom orders as soon as possible, depending on the design complexity and the materials required.
